Quick Rice Pudding

Quick Rice Pudding

3-4 cups cooked rice
1 egg
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½-1 cup milk

Stir together rice and egg in a large saucepan.  Add sugar and cinnamon and mix well.  Add milk until mixture is creamy but not soupy.  Heat until hot and bubbly, stirring frequently.  Serve warm.
