Chicken Pecan Salad

Chicken Pecan Salad

8 cups torn spinach and romaine lettuce
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup dried cranberries
1 cup mandarin oranges
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
½ cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing (Newman’s Own)

Toss all ingredients except dressing together in a large bowl.  Chill.  Just before serving add dressing and toss to coat.  Delicious!
